For music recommendation there's a new guy whose music i really like, he's named "Ginger Root"
I like his music "Loretta" and "Juban District". Despite the looks of his videos and music, they're all flimed and sung in the 2020's lol. He's emulate the retro vibes perfectly!!
As for anxiety, If you drink coffee I'd recommend to stop bit by bit (don't go cold turkey!) and to sleep in good hours
